More questions D:
A few more questions if I may
What does "Knockdown" do? I'm probably gonna change my profession choices now....just 'cause. I've made a PvP-Only character to watch some matches to see how each class plays. Seems warriors are amoungst the popularity, but thats kinda a given. What I think I'm leaning towards is a Dervish. Although a second profession is undecided. Suggestions are welcome at this point. Although I also like Dervishes. I was leaning toward a Warrior/Dervish combo for the Dervish skills and the Warrior armor. How are elite skills obtained? Quests or can they be bought as well? What makes them "elite"? Does a RP character have access to all the skills for their chosen profession? Or are some skills PvP faction bought only? Furthermore, do you have access to all the skills/spells of a secondary profession? And what does like Does 1....10 damage mean? Whats all this 55hp or 55 stuff? Confusing D:< And....thats all for now...I'll probably find some more later Thanks |

In general skills from your secondary are fairly weak on a warrior because of his limited energy regeneration. This is also the case with a W/D. You won't have enough energy to use your Dervish skills effectively. D/W is a much better choice, and then take Dervish skills and Wild Blow, which owns on a Dervish. Or be D/Rt with Extend Enchantments and Sight Beyond Sight. If you want to be a Dervish, be a Dervish primary. Quote:
They are elite for several reasons. Mostly because they're more powerful than their non-elite counterparts (compare Energy Tap and Energy Drain: the latter steals more energy and has a shorter cast time, or compare Echo and Arcane Echo), because they would be too powerful in combination with other elite skills (Hundred Blades was made elite because it was supposed to be too powerful in combination with Illusionary Weaponry), or because they fulfill a role that doesn't fit that line (Zealous Benediction wouldn't be great if it was in Healing Prayers. It's so powerful because it allows hybrid Protection Monks to free up attribute points because they don't have to spec in Healing) Some elites seem to be elite for no reason at all, such as Wastrel's Collapse which fits in none of the above.
